Credit Report Summary Tool
Log defaults, CCJs and other adverse entries so you can see what matters, what is recent and what may need explaining.
- Track defaults, CCJs and late payment markers.
- See whether entries fall into recent 6 month, 1 year, 2 year or 3 year windows.
- Export a CSV or PDF summary for your own records.

Add each adverse entry separately. On mobile, each credit item is shown as its own card to make completion easier.
Tip: If an item has been settled, add the satisfied date. If it is still outstanding, leave that field blank.
Mobile view: complete one credit item card at a time, then use “Add another item” if you need more rows.
